Finders SA is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a hands-on role in the construction of substations and energisation of critical infrastructure in Germany. You will coordinate all project phases, interfacing with the end client and DNO/TSOs, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.

You will lead cross-functional teams, maintain strict safety and quality standards, and work four days a week on-site in Berlin. Fluent German and English are required.

Formación

• Fluent German and English speaker.
• 6-8 years experience in construction within the substation/energy sector.
• Excellent communication with DNO and TSOs as well as the end client.

A young, fast growing, consultancy active in the construction of critical infrastructure and data centers.

Position

As Senior Project Manager you will be interfacing with the end client and coordinating all phases of the construction of a substation. You will need knowedge of the energy sector and construction from the ground up to energisation. This is a permanent full time position with 4 days per week on-site.

Your profile

• Fluent German and English speaker
• 6-8 years experience in construction within the substation/energy sector
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak with DNO and TSOs as well as the end client
• Organised, able to juggle priorities with a can-do attitude!
