Zusammenfassung

EOS, a world market leader for industrial 3D printing, is seeking support for its Service Business Processes Team in Krailling. You will help optimize global service by leading projects, defining KPIs and developing service software and processes.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver training, and create clear documentation for international use, combining SAP expertise with service process management in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed a management or IT-related vocational training program or hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Several years of relevant work experience as a SAP Key User or Consultant with expertise in at least one SAP module CS, SD, MM, WM or Service Cloud (C4C, FSM).
• Experience in a service-related environment and with a field service management system.
• Familiar with project and business process management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken, with ability to communicate in an international context.

Your Mission

• Support the development, management, and implementation of innovative projects to optimize global service.
• Act as a (deputy) project lead, coordinating and steering interdisciplinary project teams with a strong focus on quality and results as well as contribute your expertise to company-wide initiatives and collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments.
• Help define and monitor service KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations for our global service organization.
• Take ownership of the administration, maintenance, and continuous development of service-relevant software solutions as well as service processes and tools with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and deliver training sessions on newly developed or improved processes and create clear, user-friendly documentation for global teams.

Your Talents

• You have completed a management or IT-related vocational training program or hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• You have several years of relevant work experience as a SAP Key User or Consultant with expertise in at least one of the SAP modules CS, SD, MM, WM or Service Cloud (C4C, FSM).
• Ideally you bring experience in a service-related environment, such as 2nd level support, service process management, or lifecycle management. In addition, you have experience working with a field service management system.
• You’re well-versed in project and business process management methodologies and tools.
• You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, and communicate confidently in an international context.
