EOS is seeking a skilled professional to support the Service Business Processes team in Krailling. You will coordinate cross-functional projects, optimize global service, and drive KPI-based improvements using SAP CS/SD/MM and Service Cloud.

The role emphasizes process management, system administration, and training for international teams with strong English communication and collaboration across departments.

Qualifikationen

• Completed management or IT-related vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Several years of relevant work experience as a SAP Key User or Consultant with expertise in CS, SD, MM, WM or Service Cloud (C4C, FSM).
• Experience in a service-related environment (2nd level support, service process management, lifecycle management) and with field service management systems.
• Familiarity with project and business process management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, in an international context.

Your Mission

• Support the development, management, and implementation of innovative projects to optimize global service.
• Act as a (deputy) project lead, coordinating and steering interdisciplinary project teams with a strong focus on quality and results as well as contribute your expertise to company-wide initiatives and collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments.
• Help define and monitor service KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations for our global service organization.
• Take ownership of the administration, maintenance, and continuous development of service-relevant software solutions as well as service processes and tools with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and deliver training sessions on newly developed or improved processes and create clear, user-friendly documentation for global teams.

Your Talents

• You have completed a management or IT-related vocational training program or hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• You have several years of relevant work experience as a SAP Key User or Consultant with expertise in at least one of the SAP modules CS, SD, MM, WM or Service Cloud (C4C, FSM).
• Ideally you bring experience in a service-related environment, such as 2nd level support, service process management, or lifecycle management. In addition, you have experience working with a field service management system.
• You're well-versed in project and business process management methodologies and tools.
• You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, and communicate confidently in an international context.
