Zusammenfassung

EOS is seeking a SAP-focused professional to support and lead global service projects. You will coordinate interdisciplinary teams, drive KPI definitions, and develop service software and processes for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring SAP Key User/Consultant background, service domain exposure, and strong English communication in an international environment. The role offers growth and cross-functional collaboration across departments.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of SAP Key User/Consultant experience with CS/SD/MM/WM or Service Cloud (C4C, FSM).
• Management/IT-related training or degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics.
• Experience in a service-related environment and with a field service management system.
• Knowledge of project and business process management methodologies/tools.
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken, with international communication.

Your Mission

Support the development, management, and implementation of innovative projects to optimize global service.

Act as a (deputy) project lead, coordinating and steering interdisciplinary project teams with a strong focus on quality and results as well as contribute your expertise to company-wide initiatives and collaborate closely with colleagues from various departments.

Help define and monitor service KPIs and translate insights into actionable recommendations for our global service organization.

Take ownership of the administration, maintenance, and continuous development of service-relevant software solutions as well as service processes and tools with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Plan and deliver training sessions on newly developed or improved processes and create clear, user-friendly documentation for global teams.

Your Talents

You have completed a management or IT-related vocational training program or hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.

You have several years of relevant work experience as a SAP Key User or Consultant with expertise in at least one of the SAP modules CS, SD, MM, WM or Service Cloud (C4C, FSM).

Ideally you bring experience in a service-related environment, such as 2nd level support, service process management, or lifecycle management. In addition, you have experience working with a field service management system.

You’re well-versed in project and business process management methodologies and tools.

You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken, and communicate confidently in an international context.
