Job summary

EOS in Krailling is looking for a Service Product Manager to drive the development and lifecycle of the global service portfolio, ensuring customer value and strategic alignment.

You will translate market needs into scalable service offerings and collaborate across Service, Sales, and Product Management to support go-to-market activities, pricing, and portfolio planning, driving data‑driven improvements with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a comparable field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or Service Product Management, including portfolio development, pricing and go‑to‑market.
• Experience managing products/services lifecycle from concept to market introduction and optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication in an international, cross‑functional environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce or similar systems is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical thinking and a structured working style with the ability to tackle complex topics and deliver results on time.
• Fluent English; German language skills are a big plus.

Responsibilities

Your Mission

• You drive the development, positioning, and continuous improvement of our global service portfolio, ensuring strong customer value and alignment with the EOS strategy.

• You act as a key interface between Service, Sales, Product Management, and other stakeholders, creating a compelling and consistent value proposition for our service offerings.
• You enable commercial success by supporting go-to-market activities, pricing strategies, portfolio planning, and the effective positioning of services within the EOS sales organization.
• You continuously monitor business performance, demand, and resource requirements while driving improvements through data‑driven decision-making, documentation, training, and stakeholder enablement.

Your Talents

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• Proven experience (at least 3‑5 years) in Product Management, Service Product Management, or a comparable role, including responsibility for portfolio development, pricing, and go‑to‑market activities.
• Experience managing products or services throughout their lifecycle, from concept development to market introduction and continuous optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in an international and cross‑functional environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical thinking and a structured working style with the ability to structure complex topics and deliver results within deadlines.
• Fluent English skills, German is a big plus.
