EOS in Krailling seeks a results-driven Product/Service Product Manager to drive the global service portfolio and pricing strategies. You will collaborate with Service, Sales and Product teams to translate market needs into valuable service offerings and sustainable business models.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in product management, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in English. German language skills are a plus; hybrid work up to 50% is available.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or comparable field.
• 3–5 years in Product Management or Service Product Management.
• Lifecycle ownership from concept to market introduction.
• Strong stakeholder management in international cross-functional settings.
• MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English; German is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• You drive the development, positioning, and continuous improvement of our global service portfolio, ensuring strong customer value and alignment with the EOS strategy.
• You translate market needs, customer requirements, and business objectives into scalable service products and sustainable business models across the entire service lifecycle.
• You act as a key interface between Service, Sales, Product Management, and other stakeholders, creating a compelling and consistent value proposition for our service offerings.
• You enable commercial success by supporting go-to-market activities, pricing strategies, portfolio planning, and the effective positioning of services within the EOS sales organization.
• You continuously monitor business performance, demand, and resource requirements while driving improvements through data-driven decision-making, documentation, training, and stakeholder enablement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
• Proven experience (at least 3‑5 years) in Product Management, Service Product Management, or a comparable role, including responsibility for portfolio development, pricing, and go-to-market activities.
• Experience managing products or services throughout their lifecycle, from concept development to market introduction and continuous optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical thinking and a structured working style with the ability to structure complex topics and deliver results within deadlines.
• Fluent English skills; German is a big plus.
