• Manage a full workload of creative projects from inception through completion
• Identify project scope, clarify deliverables, anticipate needs, understand timelines, and manage client and internal communications
• Own and manage standard-complexity projects
• Scope projects and gather requirements
• Manage projects end to end, flagging anything that grows in complexity or risk
• Follow and reinforce established project management processes
• Build, maintain, and execute timelines
• Set up projects and manage them within Asana
• Vet and analyze project feedback
• Collaborate on detailed creative briefs
• Update and maintain project tracking
• Act as day-to-day liaison with clients on assigned projects
• Track project status and maintain an intimate knowledge of project health

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in the project management field for an agency or on a creative team
• Strong working knowledge of digital creative and social media creative
• Great communication, people, leadership, organizational, and project/time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients and teams
• Flexibility when it comes to changing priorities while still meeting deadlines
• Attention to detail while simultaneously seeing the bigger picture
• Willingness and ability to learn
• Positive attitude when executing tasks across accounts
• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Suite
• Experience in Slack or similar platform
• Proficiency in Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Mac/PC platform literacy
• E-Verify work authorization requirement for the U.S.; Form I-9 information will be sent to the federal government
