Zusammenfassung

DemoUp Cliplister is seeking a Project Manager- Video Content Production to plan, coordinate and oversee content creation across 3D/AR, photoclips, CGI, and UGC videos.

You will serve as the central contact between clients, influencers, and our production team, ensuring requirements are met and projects stay on track. The role requires 1-5 years in a creative setting and strong PM skills.

Qualifikationen

• 1-5 years of experience in a creative agency or customer-facing project management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills, stay organized, detail-oriented, and prioritize as requirements shift.
• Solid knowledge of 3D modeling and video production processes.
• Clear and confident communication in German and English, written and spoken.
• Proactively tackle obstacles independently or with the team.

• Project Coordination: Plan, monitor, and steer projects end-to-end, keeping timelines on track.
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as central contact between clients (Samsung, Logitech, Philips, Bose) and production team.
• Influencer Collaboration: Manage influencer partnerships for UGC videos and collaborate on 3D/AR and photo clip projects.
• Sourcing: Identify and onboard new influencers and agencies.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet agreed standards and client satisfaction.
• Reporting: Provide management with regular progress updates and challenges.

Your role and your tasks:

As a Project Manager- Video Content Production (m/f/x), you plan, coordinate, and oversee Content Creation projects across 3D/AR, photoclips, CGI, and UGC videos.

• Project Coordination: Plan, monitor, and steer projects end-to-end, keeping timelines and deliverables on track.

• Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the central contact between clients (Samsung, Logitech, Philips, Bose, and more), influencers, and our production team, ensuring requirements and expectations are met.

• Influencer Collaboration: Manage influencer partnerships for UGC videos and work closely with our internal team on 3D/AR and photo clip projects.

• Sourcing: Identify and onboard new influencers and agencies that fit our project needs.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet agreed standards and clients are satisfied.

• Reporting: Provide management with regular updates on progress and challenges.

• You have 1-5 years of experience in a creative agency and/or customer-facing project management or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.

• You bring strong project management skills, staying organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively even as requirements shift.

• You bring solid knowledge of 3D modeling and video production processes.

• You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing, and adapt easily between informal and formal tone.

• You proactively tackle obstacles and find solutions, whether independently or with the team.

• You are fluent in German and English; any additional language is an advantage.
