Are you passionate about driving innovation in road compaction technology?

We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead the development of our road roller products - also know as compaction machinery (double-drum, pneumatic tire, single-drum) for international markets.

We are looking for a full time and permanent commitment. This position is based in our new R&D center is Stuttgart and we are able to adapt to hybrid model.

What we're looking for:

• Deep expertise in intelligent control systems and vibration control technology
• Strong background in compaction performance and electro-hydraulic systems
• Proven ability to align product design with EU Machinery Directive, CE certification, and noise/environmental standards
• Experience analyzing working conditions across regions (Europe, Africa, Middle East) to guide equipment selection
• Confidence in delivering multilingual technical training (English, German, French, etc.)
• Market awareness of top players (e.g. BOMAG, HAMM) and active participation in trade fairs (e.g. Bauma Munich)

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in roller technology or project management in the European market
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language (German, French, or Spanish)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Civil Engineering, with strong knowledge of EN/DIN standards
