A consulting firm in Frankfurt is seeking a mid-senior level PMO to support project managers in successfully delivering projects. Qualifikationen

You will be key member with support responsibilities to help project managers successfully deliver their projects. You should be experienced in agile concepts, be pragmatic and keenly focused on delivery.

Mission

• Coordinating & running team meetings, developing project charters, resourcing and financials planning, leading surveys and feedback sessions etc.
• Collaborating with project managers to ensure projects consistently deliver in-scope, on time and on budget.
• Initiating project setup and supporting them through phase gate reviews, participating in planning and execution meetings
• Managing compliance to standards and processes.
• Reporting on team and project related matters.
• Coordinating change activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as PMO
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• English and German fluent
• Experience with the clarity tool is an advantage
• Working experience in the Finance field would be a plus

Work location: Germany – on-site in Frankfurt from time to time required

Start Date: March 2026
