Job summary

Convolut in Munich is hiring a Junior Project Management Officer to join the project team. You will report directly to the project manager and support various projects with differing complexity, acting as the business key contact between business and IT.

You will help manage stakeholder relationships, translate requirements into system specs, and support testing and documentation in an international IT environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in an analytical field (Economics, Engineering, etc.).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with management and meet targets as part of a team.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and determine acceptable solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and good written/verbal communication.
• Business proficiency in English and German; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in managing projects, including stakeholders and deliverables time, cost, and quality.
• Participate in cross-functional sessions to translate business requirements into system specs.
• Assist with functional documentation of customer requirements.
• Support user acceptance testing and address questions, issues, and defects.

• A university degree in an analytical field e.g., Economics, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields;
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work effectively with management and be part of a team to meet targets;

• Strong attention to detail;
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Business proficiency in English andGerman is a must. Proficiency inItalian is desired.
