Job summary

BR TECHNOLOGIES GmbH, a friendly and unconventional family business, is a leading global manufacturer of coil winding machines. We are seeking a proactive project lead to be the main contact for customers and manage projects from planning to final acceptance.

You will define and monitor milestones, coordinate capacity and resources, control budgets, and keep stakeholders informed. Travel and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Completed training or studies in a technical field
• Experience or keen interest in special machine construction
• Structured and solution-oriented work style with flexibility

Responsibilities

• Main contact person for customers throughout the entire project
• Independent supervision and management of projects from planning to final acceptance
• Definition, management and monitoring of milestones (sales/engineering/operations/after-sales)
• Capacity planning and resource coordination (employees, materials, times)
• Controlling: budgets, time and material usage, post-calculation
• Internal and external communication on project status (design reviews, preliminary acceptance, change and delay management)
• Support the sales team with technical clarification, calculation and quotation preparation
• Knowledge sharing and lessons learned

Your profile

• Completed training, further education or studies in a technical field
• Experience or keen interest in special machine construction
• Very good technical understanding and enjoyment of complex projects
• Structured, organised working style combined with flexibility and solution orientation
• Strong communication skills, confident and service-oriented in dealing with customers and colleagues
• Ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• Hands-on mentality and process-oriented thinking
• English language skills and willingness to travel
