Job summary

STRATO Personal GmbH bietet eine spannende PMO-Manager-Position im Bereich Combat Air Systems an. Sie unterstützen Programme wie Eurofighter Tranche 5 über alle Phasen und liefern datenbasierte Entscheidungen für das Management und den Kunden.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Führungskräften zusammen, führen Risiko- und Chancenmanagement durch und betreuen Scheduling, Reporting sowie Change-Management. Erwartet wird ein technisches Studium und Erfahrung in Projekt- und Risikomanagement.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Engineering, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Wirtschaftsinformatik.
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projektmanagement, Risikomanagement, Chancenmanagement und Scheduling.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Project, Active Risk Manager und Unified Planning.
• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung der Führung von Combat Air Systems-Programmen/-Projekten, z. B. Eurofighter Tranche 5, über alle Lebenszyklusphasen.
• Integration und Analyse von Umfang, Zeit, Kosten und Ressourcen und Bereitstellung von quantitativen/qualitativen Einsichten für Entscheidungsprozesse.
• Leitung von Risiko- und Chancenmanagement, einschließlich Risikoszenarien, Monte-Carlo-Simulationen und Terminrisikobewertung.
• Projektplanung, Leistungsüberwachung, Steuerung und Berichterstattung, inklusive Reifegrad-Tore und Lessons Learned.
• PMO-Unterstützung für Programm-/Projektleiter, Stakeholder-Kommunikation sicherstellen und Vertragsdatenkonfiguration sowie Change Management verwalten.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Support the management of Combat Air Systems programmes/projects, such as Eurofighter Tranche 5, across all lifecycle phases
• Integrate and analyse scope/requirements, time, cost and resource data and provide quantitative and qualitative insights for programme management and customer-level decision-making
• Lead risk and opportunity management, including risk scenarios, Monte Carlo simulations and schedule risk analysis
• Manage project scheduling, performance monitoring, control and reporting, including maturity gates and lessons learned
• Provide PMO support to Programme/Project Managers, ensure effective stakeholder communication, and manage contractual data configuration and change management

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Engineering, Aerospace or Business Informatics
• Professional experience in the field of Project Management, Risk Management, Opportunity Management, Scheduling
• Very good knowledge of using MS Project, Active Risk Manager and Unified Planning
• Fluent in English and German
