Job summary

STRATO Personal GmbH sucht für Airbus Defence and Space einen ERP Program PMO Support (m/f/d). Integration und Analyse von Projektdaten, Planung von Programmen und Pflege von Projektstrukturen gehören zu den Kernaufgaben.

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium, Erfahrung in Finance/PM/Prozessplanung, exzellente MS Office-, Unified Planning- sowie Jira/Confluence-Kenntnisse und fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Engineering, Betriebswirtschaft oder Economics.
• Berufserfahrung in Finance, Project Management und Process Planning.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, Unified Planning und Jira/Confluence.
• Fließend Englisch und Deutsch.

Responsibilities

• Integration und Analyse von Projektdaten (Zeit, Kosten, Ressourcen, Qualität).
• Planung und Terminsteuerung von Programmen/Projekten, Aufbau/Unterhalt von Projektstrukturen.
• Risikomanagement und Chancenplanung, Identifikation, Bewertung und Minderung.
• Überwachung der Leistungskennzahlen, Reporting und Phasenreviews.
• Verwaltung von vertraglichen Datenkonfigurationen und Change-Prozessen, Implementierung von PM-Prozessen und Tools.

Stellenbeschreibung

• Integration and analysis of project data covering time, costs, resources and quality
• Planning and scheduling of programmes/projects, including the development and maintenance of project breakdown structures
• Management of project risks and opportunities, including identification, assessment and mitigation of potential impacts
• Monitoring and controlling project performance through milestone tracking, reporting and phase reviews
• Managing contractual data configuration and change processes, as well as implementing and managing PM processes and tools

Anforderungsprofil

• Completed studies in the field of Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
• Professional experience in the field of Finance, Project Management and Process Planning
• Very good knowledge of using MS Office, Unified Planing and Jira/Confluence
• Fluent in English and German
