Strato Personal GmbH is seeking a Project Management Office Specialist (m/f/d) for Airbus projects. You will support performance tracking, dashboards, KPIs, and consolidation of project data for reporting to Quality Gates and steering committees.

You will manage detailed project plans, risks, issues, and actions across international teams, maintain a centralized document repository, publish newsletters, and contribute to change management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Performance Tracking & Reporting with dashboards and project KPIs.
• Consolidate project data to prepare high-quality reporting packages for Quality Gates, steering committees, and key stakeholders.
• Support creation, tracking, and maintenance of detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assist in tracking risks, issues, and action items across multi-functional, international teams.
• Structure and maintain a centralized document repository and support newsletters, progress updates, and internal communications.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting and Design, update, and maintain dynamic performance dashboards and project KPIs
• Consolidate project data to prepare high-quality reporting packages and executive presentation slides for Quality Gates, steering committees, and key stakeholders and Support the creation, tracking, and maintenance of detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Assist in tracking risks, issues, and action items across multi-functional, international teams
• Structure and maintain an intuitive centralized document repository (knowledge management) to ensure seamless access to project artifacts and data sources and Support the drafting and publishing of project newsletters, progress updates, and internal awareness materials
• Partner with the PMO team to execute the change management plan through targeted communication actions, event coordination, and stakeholder engagement
