Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee designated projects from requirements gathering through completion. You will collect and analyze data to support objectives, maintain workplans, coordinate with providers and state partners, and prepare reports and materials for stakeholders.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, PM experience, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of Medicaid/quality improvement is a plus, with proficiency in Word and Excel.

• Oversee designated projects through requirements gathering, project design, planning, initiation, implementation, monitoring, and completion
• Collect and organize data and conduct assessments and analysis to support project objectives
• Develop, maintain, and track project workplans, timelines, task assignments, deliverables, and action items
• Coordinate activities with internal staff, subcontractors, health plans, providers, and state agency partners
• Conduct document reviews, compliance reviews, interviews, validation activities, and other project tasks
• Prepare reports, findings, workplan updates, presentations, meeting materials, and other deliverables
• Monitor progress, identify risks and resource needs, and escalated issues when appropriate
• Facilitate meetings, conference calls, interviews, and project discussions
• Support corrective action plan monitoring, issue tracking, and follow-up activities
• Collaborate with team members to keep projects on schedule, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
• Apply knowledge of Medicaid managed care requirements, EQR protocols, quality improvement principles, and state-specific program requirements
• Build relationships with clients, health plans, subcontractors, and internal partners
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, complete, timely, and consistent with HSAG standards and contractual requirements
• Improve project processes, tools, workflows, and quality
• Manage multiple assignments, prioritize competing demands, meet deadlines, and represent HSAG professionally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must have project management experience developing and managing projects and timelines for multiple activities
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in EQR activities preferred
• Experience and knowledge of Medicaid, managed care delivery systems, and quality improvement processes and practices
• Familiarity with Windows environment, specifically Word documents and Excel spreadsheets
