Enfint ищет опытного лидера доставки проектов для руководства и координации комплексных IT/SaaS внедрений. Ваша роль охватывает взаимодействие с заказчиками, внутренними командами и руководством, обеспечение своевременной доставки и качества решений.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ лет опыта реализации IT,SaaS, данных или трансформационных проектов.
• Опыт руководства сложными клиентскими внедрениями между командами.
• Способность работать автономно и принимать решения.

Aufgaben

• Полная ответственность за доставку сложных корпоративных проектов во всем портфолио.
• Создание и поддержка планов поставки, сроков, зависимостей и регистров RAID.
• Связь Delivery, Data Science, Product, Engineering и GTM с заказчиками.
• Прогнозирование рисков, формирование опций и рекомендаций.
• Ведение отчетности для клиентов и руководства.
• Поддержание проектной информации в Salesforce, Jira и инструментах планирования.
• Проведение рабочих встреч с заказчиками, комитетов и совещаний.
• Поддержка предпродаж и формирование рамок проекта/Scope/SOW.
• Оценка требований и уверенность в достижимости обещаний.

Shift delivers AI agents that transform critical insurance work. Its insurance-grade AI is accurate, explainable, and secure, helping leading insurers improve speed, confidence, and focus on the people they serve through a SaaS platform.

Задачи:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise software projects across the UK portfolio
• Build and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, RAID registers, decision logs, and governance rhythms
• Connect Delivery, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and GTM teams with customer technical and business stakeholders
• Anticipate delivery, resource, commercial, and customer risks, and provide clear options and recommendations
• Drive actions to closure with named owners and dates
• Provide concise, fact-based reporting for customers and senior leadership
• Maintain accurate project and portfolio information in Salesforce, Jira, and delivery-planning tools
• Lead customer workshops, governance meetings, Steering Committees, and recovery discussions
• Support pre-sales and opportunity shaping by validating scope, delivery methodology, assumptions, resource needs, timelines, and Statements of Work
• Challenge unsupported commitments and ensure Delivery and technical assumptions are understood before external positioning
• Manage multiple workstreams or clients while maintaining control of detail, priorities, and customer outcomes
• Improve delivery practices through reusable templates, smarter workflows, automation, and practical use of AI
• Contribute to strategic UK and wider Delivery initiatives that make execution more predictable, repeatable, and scalable.

• At least 5 years of experience delivering IT, SaaS, data, analytics, or enterprise transformation projects
• Strong experience managing complex, client-facing implementations involving multiple internal and external teams
• Ability to operate independently, make sound judgments, and know when to shift
• Proactive and pre-emptive mindset
• Strong ownership and follow-through
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence working with senior customer stakeholders and internal leaders
• Strong planning, governance, risk management, and decision-management skills
• Commercial awareness of scope, effort, cost, margin, and customer commitments
• Ability to work in ambiguity and organize incomplete or changing information
• Continuous-improvement mindset with evidence of introducing better tools, templates, processes, or ways of working
• Openness to coaching and mentoring, with the maturity to challenge constructively and bring independent ideas
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Atlassian, Asana, Monday.com, or similar delivery/PMO platforms
• Native or fully fluent English
• Nice to have: experience in insurance, fraud, data science, or regulated industries, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification.
