Qualifikationen

• Опыт не менее 5 лет в разработке ПО, 3 года на старших позициях, фронтенд для контент-ориентированных платформ.
• Глубокие знания модели контента Sanity: схемы, ссылки, встроенные объекты, GROQ, Portable Text.
• Отличное владение HTML, CSS и TypeScript.
• Умение проектировать API компонентов и обеспечивать удобство разработки общих библиотек.
• Опыт серверной и клиентской разработки: SSR, serverless, edge, SQL, CI.

Aufgaben

• Разрабатывать и развивать секционный и контентный слой сайта на Astro и Sanity.
• Владеть моделью контента и схемами, обеспечивая корректное построение страниц.
• Передавать спецификации Figma в продакшн для адаптивной реализации.
• Расширять платформу для AI-помощи в разработке.
• Обеспечивать целостность SEO: каноникал, карта сайта, структурированные данные, редиректы и производительность запуска.
• Поднимать инженерные стандарты через ревью кода и повторно используемые паттерны.
• Поддерживать локализацию на девяти локалях и пайплайн перевода.
• Определять техническое направление веб-платформы на ближайшие 6–12 месяцев.
• Содействовать принятию платформы пользователями, публикующими на ней.

Synthesia develops an AI video platform for business that enhances visual communication and enterprise skill development. The company serves major global organizations through teams and offices across Europe and the US.

• Build, scale, and evolve the section library using Astro components, Sanity schemas, and design tokens
• Own the content model and design schemas that enable correct page construction
• Take Figma component specifications through production for responsive, accessible implementations
• Extend the platform for AI-assisted development
• Own SEO integrity, including canonicals, sitemaps, structured data, redirects, and launch performance
• Raise engineering standards through code reviews, reusable patterns, and targeted tests
• Maintain and extend localisation across nine locales and the translation pipeline
• Shape the technical direction of the website platform over the next 6 to 12 months
• Champion platform adoption among people who publish on it.

Требования:

• At least five years of software engineering experience, including three years at senior level, building front end for content-driven or marketing platforms
• Real ownership of a Sanity content model, including schema design, references, embedded objects, runtime variants, GROQ, and Portable Text
• Expert HTML, CSS, and TypeScript skills
• Strong command of component API design and the developer experience of shared libraries
• Experience owning server-side and front-end work, including SSR, serverless and edge runtimes, API routes, SQL databases, secrets, and CI
• Ability to take features from schema to component to serving route without handoff
• Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance
• Experience building to WCAG 2.2 AA
• Accountability for performance, SEO, analytics events, and conversion metrics
• Strong attention to detail and judgement in balancing design intent with engineering constraints
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including explaining reasoning, generous reviews, and helping others grow
• Nice to have: experience with a large SaaS marketing website, Astro or another islands or static-site framework, Cloudflare Workers or another edge or serverless platform, AWS Lambda, Tailwind CSS v4, token-based design systems, component libraries and content models consumable by AI agents, strong design sensibility, localisation and internationalisation at scale, analytics and tag management implementation.
