Finom ищет лидера инженерной команды по искусственному интеллекту, который будет направлять развитие ИИ-платформы на европейском рынке. Вы зададите стратегию, примете архитектурные решения и обеспечите высокое качество решений для продукта. Ваша роль требует лидерства, глубокого понимания LLM, RAG и инфраструктуры.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Руководить командой инженеров ИИ, устанавливать направление и обзор проектов
• Владеть архитектурой сервисов команды и документировать решения
• Разрабатывать и внедрять ИИ-решения на базе LLM, RAG, tool calling
• Управлять ИИ-системами на всем цикле — от постановки задачи до мониторинга
• Разрабатывать масштабируемые пайплайны инференса с учётом задержки и затрат
• Устанавливать критерии качества через офлайн и онлайн оценки
• Разрабатывать аудируемые ИИ-системы с учётом требований ЕС
• Вводить платформенные решения, способствоующие повторному использованию
• Сотрудничать с менеджерами решений и доменными командами для интеграции в рабочие процессы
• Способствовать принятию продуктовых и технических решений на основе анализа данных
• Обсуждать объём работ и приоритеты с доменными командами
• Определять устаревшие или упрощаемые элементы на основе фактов
• Формировать дорожную карту ИИ совместно с бизнес-руководством
• Достижение значимого эффекта ИИ: рост выручки, экономия, производительность
• Убирать препятствия и снижать техдолг
• Гарантировать предсказуемость поставки и информировать о рисках
• Разрабатывать архитектуру и стандарты для смежных команд
• Обеспечивать качество продакшена через мониторинг и инцидент-разбор
• Развивать инженеров до лидеров крупных направлений
• Формировать стратегию ИИ совместно с продуктом и бизнесом

Finom is a European technology startup developing an all-in-one financial B2B platform that combines banking, accounting, financial management, and invoicing for entrepreneurs. Its mobile-first platform also includes AI-enabled accounting and is expanding across key EU markets.

Задачи:

• Lead a team of AI engineers by setting direction, reviewing designs, and expanding their technical scope through review, pairing, and design guidance
• Own the architecture of the services developed by the team and document decisions, tradeoffs, and rejected alternatives
• Build and ship AI-powered customer and internal solutions using LLMs, RAG, tool calling, workflows, and agentic patterns
• Own AI systems end to end, including problem framing, implementation, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration
• Develop scalable and reliable inference pipelines with attention to latency, cost, security, and observability
• Set the evaluation and quality bar through offline evaluations, online signals, failure analysis, and continuous improvement loops
• Design AI systems with auditability, model governance, and EU AI Act obligations built in from the start
• Drive AI platform and tooling decisions that improve reuse, speed, and consistency across teams
• Partner with solution managers, domain teams, and engineers to integrate AI into real workflows
• Challenge product decisions and advocate for technically appropriate solutions
• Negotiate scope and sequencing with domain teams
• Decide what to deprecate, simplify, or stop based on evidence
• Shape the AI roadmap rather than only executing tickets
• Deliver significant AI capabilities with measurable impact through revenue uplift, cost savings, productivity gains, or risk reduction
• Remove constraints on team delivery, including technical debt, unclear ownership, missing skills, or process issues
• Ensure predictable delivery and communicate risks to stakeholders early
• Establish documented architecture and standards adopted by teams beyond the immediate team
• Ensure production quality through evaluations, monitoring, and team-led incident debugging
• Grow engineers so they can lead significant workstreams independently
• Shape the AI roadmap with product and business leadership

• Proven experience leading an engineering team formally or as a tech lead, with responsibility for team delivery
• Experience owning the technical direction of a system used by teams beyond your own
• Experience influencing product or business decisions through technical arguments
• Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders on commitments and tradeoffs
• Experience growing engineers through review, mentoring, or design guidance
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to create clarity in genuine ambiguity
• Proven experience building and deploying AI systems in production
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications, including RAG, tool use, agents, prompt engineering, evaluations, structured outputs, guardrails, or fine-tuning
• Experience integrating AI systems into backend or product workflows
• Ability to design meaningful evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement loops
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerized deployments
• Strong understanding of the fast-moving AI landscape and ability to turn relevant advances into practical product and engineering decisions
• Fluent English (C1)
• Nice to have: experience in fintech, financial services, risk, compliance, or operations-heavy environments
