MSF Germany, headquartered in Berlin, seeks a Project Manager (f/m/d) to drive headquarter projects. You will coordinate stakeholders, ensure efficient use of resources, and deliver defined outputs or outcomes. The role involves on-site work with remote/field flexibility according to requirements.

Requires 4+ years of PM experience, English and German fluency (C1), and strong proficiency in MS Office and PM software. Competitive salary with a 13th salary and generous leave are offered.

• 4 years of professional experience in project management, within an office environment, digitization, digital transformation, process improvement, organizational change, or IT implementation.
• Fluency in English and German (C1) in professional contexts.
• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Proficient knowledge in project management software solutions.
• Proven ability to apply PM frameworks for project development, planning, execution, and control.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute projects in line with the MSF-G project management framework and best practices to ensure on-time delivery, within scope, budget, and quality requirements.
• Develop project requests and business cases by translating initial ideas into plans to facilitate strategic alignment and decision-making.
• Lead and motivate project teams in line with project goals to foster engagement and high performance.
• Facilitate effective governance through structured collaboration with the project sponsor and steering committee.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent and proactive communication.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Project Management Office by improving practices, tools, and processes.

BE PART OF THE TEAM

As a project manager, you drive the successful delivery of headquarter projects at MSF-Germany by coordinating between stakeholders, ensuring efficient use of resources, achieving defined outputs or outcomes.

YOU WILL

As a team member, you will support our projects on site - without actually being there. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Plan and execute projects in alignment with the MSF-G project management framework and best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, within quality requirements.
• Develop projectrequests and business casesby translating initial ideas into plans tofacilitate strategic alignment anddecision-making.”Lead and motivate project teams in line with project goals to foster engagement, collaboration, and high performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective project governance through structured collaboration with the project sponsor and steering committee to ensure timely and informed decision-making.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by maintaining transparent and proactive communication to secure alignment, support, and satisfaction.
• Contribute to the strategic development of the Project Management Office by improving project management practices, tools, and processes to improve the overall maturity and effectiveness of project management practices.
• Responsible for leading cross-functional teams, planning execution, monitoring and closure and ensuring delivery within scope, budget and time.

YOU HAVE

The following professional qualifications and personal qualities are important to us:

• 4 years of professional experience as a project management role, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to closure. Experience managing projects within an office environment, specifically focused on digitization, digital transformation, process improvement, organizational change, or IT implementation.
• English and German: You can communicate fluently and effectively in complex professional contexts (C1 level)
• Proficient use of MS Office or comparable IT application skills
• Proficient knowledge in project management software solutions
• Proven ability in applying project management frameworks for project development, planning, execution, and control

Hard facts

• From 4.020€ to max. 5.084€ starting salary (for full-time employment) + 13th monthly salary
• 30 days holiday plus days off on 24. and 31.12.
