Aufgaben

• Analyze forecast and tender documents.
• Coordinate pre-qualifications, expressions of interest, and tenders.
• Manage acquisition process and bid components.
• Project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Preparation of bid components
• Expert management
• Quality assurance of all bidding documents in compliance with client criteria
• Communication with clients, national and international partner companies and experts
• Project management: planning, budgeting, management, controlling and risk management
• Client and partner coordination
• Identifying, contracting, managing, and monitoring short- and long-term experts
• Approval of invoices of experts and partners
• Preparation of outgoing invoices to the client
• Quality assurance and timely submission and acceptance of deliverables and reports
• Support knowledge management and product development through feedback from project related experience
• Support project logistics related to expert assignments (schedule, travel arrangements)

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of forecast, prequalification and tender documents
• Coordination and preparation of pre-qualifications, expressions of interest and tenders
• Management of the acquisition process
• Co-ordination of the bid team
• Preparation of bid components
• Expert management
• Quality assurance of all bidding documents in compliance with client criteria
