DeepRec.ai in Berlin is looking for an AI Consultant/Project Manager – Client Delivery (m/f/d) to turn business problems into practical AI solutions for German SMBs. You will lead customer workshops, define project scope and translate ideas into real prototypes, balancing quick wins with scalable outcomes.

You’ll work directly with business leaders and engineers from discovery to implementation, own customer relationships, and identify additional opportunities.

AI Consultant/Project Manager – Client Delivery (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy understanding how a business operates, finding a better approach and getting something useful into a customer’s hands quickly?

We’re recruiting for a growing AI consultancy helping German small and medium-sized businesses improve their everyday operations. They’re looking for someone who combines confident customer communication with practical implementation skills.

You’ll work directly with business leaders and engineers, taking ideas from discovery through to testing and implementation.

You’ll:

• Lead customer workshops to understand processes, challenge assumptions and identify valuable opportunities.
• Shape project scope and recommend practical solutions.
• Configure workflows and build early prototypes using AI and no-code tools.
• Work with engineers to develop and implement solutions.
• Demonstrate progress, gather customer feedback and refine the approach.
• Own customer relationships and identify further opportunities to improve their operations.

Your practical delivery experience matters.

• You should be able to describe a customer problem you personally helped solve: what you recommended, what you built or configured, and how quickly the customer tested an initial version.
• Your examples could involve a software configuration, workflow automation, integration or prototype. We’re particularly interested in people who have delivered useful early results within days or weeks and adapted their approach as they learned.
• Your background might include SaaS implementation, CRM or HubSpot consulting, process automation, solutions consulting or practical digitalisation projects.

You’ll also bring:

• Typically 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Confidence leading customer workshops, demos or requirements discussions.
• The ability to make progress when the solution and process are still taking shape.
• Active curiosity about AI and a willingness to experiment with unfamiliar tools.
• Fluent German, working English and authorisation to work full-time in Germany.

You’ll receive support from experienced colleagues as you learn the tools and take ownership of projects. Previous commercial AI projects and programming experience are optional; hands-on implementation experience and initiative are essential.
