United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Consultant AI & Digital Strategy to join our Munich or Berlin office. You will shape AI and digital strategies, assess use cases, and build compelling business cases while interfacing with C-level executives.

You will collaborate with our Data & AI Lab to bridge strategic questions to working solutions, translate between business and tech teams, and support governance and capability building for AI adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Completed university degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or business informatics
• Internships in strategy or digital consultancy or in corporate/business development
• Hands-on exposure to AI topics and ability to judge ML/GenAI practicals
• Solid understanding of data and technology topics and can communicate with tech teams
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Consultant and service mindset with drive to deliver and strong communication
• Willingness to learn; independent, results-oriented work style
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken

Job DescriptionWelcome to the company!We are looking for a Consultant AI & Digital Strategy(f/m/d) to join our Munich or Berlin office as soon as possible.

You think in business models and measurable impact, and at the same time you understand what AI can realistically deliver today and what it cannot. That combination is exactly what we are looking for. You advise decision-makers up to C-level on moving AI from pilot projects to genuine value creation: from strategy through the business case to implementation support. For technical depth, our Data & AI Lab works alongside you, together bridging the gap from the strategic question to a working solution.

Responsibilities

• Contributing to AI and digital strategies as well as the business models, portfolio and positioning strategies built on them
• Identifying, prioritizing and assessing AI use cases, including building robust business cases
• Independently running market, competitor, technology and best-practice analyses as the basis for strategic decisions
• Supporting implementation together with our Data & AI Lab: you translate between business functions, management and development teams while keeping the tangible benefit in view
• Contributing to advisory work on the organizational prerequisites for successful AI adoption, such as governance, role models and capability building
• Preparing and presenting compelling decision papers and making complex topics accessible
• Owning your own workstreams within our project teams, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Confident client interaction at both expert and management level, alongside professional communication within the team

Qualifications

• A completed university degree (Diplom or Master's) in business administration, economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field, with excellent results
• Relevant internships in a strategy or digital consultancy, in corporate/business development or at a technology-driven company, ideally complemented by initial professional experience or comparable practical exposure
• Hands-on exposure to AI topics: you have worked on projects with an AI component and can realistically judge what ML, GenAI and agentic systems deliver, and where such initiatives tend to fail in practice
• A solid understanding of data and technology topics: you speak the language of technical teams without needing to build solutions yourself
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
• A genuine consultant and service mindset
• Drive to deliver, initiative, and strong communication and teamwork skills
• A confident presence, paired with an independent, results-oriented way of working and a strong willingness to learn
• Very good MS Office skills
• Business-fluent command of German and English, both written and spoken
