Mimacom is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer / Project Lead in Stuttgart to bridge client, technology, and team, delivering AI-enabled software solutions on time and within budget.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop AI use cases with AI engineers and architects, and coach client stakeholders to adopt new tools. Strong German and English communication are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of experience in project management / project leadership, ideally within an IT consulting environment.
• Experience managing software development projects, ideally with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Foundational understanding of AI technologies and a genuine interest in continuously developing this knowledge
• Experience in client consulting and change management / driving user adoption of new tools and products
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., AI Engineers, Consulting Architects, development)
• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic vision
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
