THRYVE is seeking a Project Manager to own the delivery of customer engagements from end to end. Our engineers often work on-site at customer locations for weeks at a time, coordinating complex automation projects to keep momentum and alignment.

You’ll bridge cross-functional teams, manage scope, timelines and stakeholders across international projects, and cultivate a calm, proactive voice that keeps customers confident throughout long engagements.

Qualifikationen

• Genuine project management experience, ideally with cross-functional or customer-facing delivery.
• Ability to work across cultures; international project experience is a strong plus.

Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to own the delivery of our customer engagements from end to end. Our engineers are frequently deployed directly to customer sites, sometimes for several weeks at a time, working through complex, high-stakes automation projects. In this role, you'll be the person who keeps those engagements running smoothly, coordinating the practical delivery of the project while making sure both our own team and the customer stay aligned, motivated, and confident throughout. This is as much about people as it is about process.

Your Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Own project delivery end to end across customer engagements, including deployments where our team is embedded on-site for extended periods.
• Coordinate scope, timeline, and resourcing across internal teams, engineers, and the customer.
• Keep projects moving and unblock issues before they become bottlenecks.

Team & Customer Alignment

• Act as the steady, trusted point of contact for both your internal team and the customer throughout an engagement.
• Read the room, technically and emotionally, and know when to step in to keep morale, momentum, and trust intact.
• Navigate different working cultures and styles across international projects with genuine ease.

Communication & Coordination

• Bridge communication between technical teams and customer stakeholders, translating where needed to keep everyone aligned.
• Keep all sides informed with clear, honest updates, especially when things get difficult.

Qualifications

Experience

• Genuine project management experience, ideally involving cross-functional or customer-facing delivery.
• Comfort working across different cultures and working styles; international project experience is a strong plus.
• Industry experience within the space of Robotics, Automation or a fast growing start up
• We do not require extensive experience at large, traditional companies. We care far more about your ability to actually manage projects and people well.

Skills

• Strong communication skills. Good English is essential.
• Good German is a genuine plus given our customer base, but is not a requirement.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple moving parts and stakeholders at once.

Soft Skills

• Patience, empathy, and a strong ability to read people. You'll need to sense when your team or a customer is struggling and know how to address it before it becomes a problem.
• A calm, reassuring presence that people naturally trust and want to follow, especially during long or demanding engagements.
• High ownership and a practical, get-it-done mindset, rather than a need for everything to be perfectly defined before you act.
• Genuine willingness and ability to travel across the EU.
