Your Role

As our Project Manager for Customer Operations & Deployment, you own the journey from signed contract to system running live at the customer site. You track every milestone, keep all customers informed, and flag risks before they become problems.

What You'll Actually Do

• Project Planning & Delivery: Own deployment projects end to end, from kickoff to go live, setting timelines, defining milestones, and ensuring alignment.
• Customer Communication: Act as the face of sewts, proactive and clear, providing updates before customers ask.
• Cross‑functional Coordination: Bridge engineering, field technicians, and customers, ensuring the right people have the right information when needed.
• Budget & Resource Tracking: Monitor costs, capacity, and timelines; flag risks early and find solutions proactively.
• On‑site Presence: Travel to customer sites for commissioning, handovers, and critical escalations.
• Process Building: Identify systemic issues across projects; create better templates, playbooks, and processes as we scale.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project records to accelerate future deployments and improve the product.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of project management, operations, or a customer‑facing technical role in industrial, robotics, automation, or a comparable environment.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, mechatronics, robotics, or a related field.
• Structured and organized, able to manage multiple live projects simultaneously.
• Confident presence with customers; able to build trust, set expectations clearly, and stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable working without a playbook; able to design processes that others will follow.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Willing to travel 25–50% across Europe.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with robotics, automation, or industrial hardware.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Background in customer operations at a tech or hardware company.
• Valid driver’s licence (Class B).
