Mint Selection is partnering with a well-capitalised energy infrastructure company expanding its German operations. Join at an early stage to take day-to-day ownership of a large-scale energy infrastructure project through engineering, construction, commissioning and grid connection.

This role focuses on leading integrated delivery, coordinating diverse teams, managing programme and budget, and ensuring safety, quality and on-time completion in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German and English required.
• Experience delivering large-scale energy/infrastructure projects in Germany.
• Background in BESS, grid infrastructure, power generation or renewables.
• Experience in EPC/IPP/utility/owner-side project environments.
• Knowledge of project controls, construction, contracts and multidisciplinary delivery.

Aufgaben

• Lead the integrated day-to-day delivery of the assigned project
• Coordinate engineering, construction, commercial, commissioning and grid activities
• Manage the project programme, budget, progress reporting and delivery performance
• Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors, subcontractors and project interfaces
• Manage project risks, opportunities, changes and delivery issues
• Oversee contractual and commercial matters, including variations, claims and subcontract awards
• Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards

This is an opportunity to join at an early stage of the company’s German growth and take day-to-day ownership of a large-scale energy infrastructure project through engineering, construction, commissioning and grid connection.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the integrated day-to-day delivery of the assigned project
• Coordinate engineering, construction, commercial, commissioning and grid activities
• Manage the project programme, budget, progress reporting and delivery performance
• Lead and coordinate internal teams, contractors, subcontractors and project interfaces
• Manage project risks, opportunities, changes and delivery issues
• Oversee contractual and commercial matters, including variations, claims and subcontract awards
• Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience delivering complex, large-scale energy or infrastructure projects in Germany
• A strong background in BESS, grid infrastructure, power generation, renewables or a related sector
• Experience working within an EPC, IPP, utility or owner-side project environment
• Strong knowledge of project controls, construction, contracts and multidisciplinary delivery
• Professional fluency in German and English
• The ability to work effectively with technical, commercial and construction stakeholders
