Job summary

Peak & Peak is seeking a Salesforce Consultant (m/f/d) to strengthen our Consulting Practice in a dynamic, agile environment. You will collaborate with Scrum Masters, Consultants, Developers and QA Engineers and mentor less experienced teammates to support their development.

You will work with Business Analysts and SMEs across the project lifecycle, analyze customer needs and define Salesforce implementation requirements, while creating functional models and detailed project plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Salesforce or CRM environment as a business analyst, consultant or project manager.
• Experience in Salesforce technology, ideally Consumer Goods Cloud.
• Strong understanding of processes in digital/analytical topics.
• Knowledge of software architecture and interface technologies in cloud environments including UAT management.
• Customer-oriented and independent work ethic; able to leverage strengths in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile team on several Salesforce projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and SMEs to analyze needs and define implementation requirements.
• Create functional and data-based models and structured project plans from information from other teams.
• Evaluate feasibility of requirements and assess risks.
• Coordinate developers in the implementation of the project plan and act as a link to the Solutions Practice.
• Participate in regular team and customer meetings to discuss status and next steps.
• Mentor juniors through the mentoring program to support their development.

Why we are looking for support

We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant (m/f/d) to strengthen our Consulting Practice.
In your role, you will work in a team of Scrum Master, Consultants, Developers and QA Engineers and supports less experienced consultants in their further development through mentoring.

Your tasks

Responsibilities:

• As part of the Consultancy Practice, you will work with Business Analysts, Developers and SME's (Subject Matter Experts) on customer projects along the entire project cycle (initiation, conception, analysis, planning, implementation, evaluation)

• You take part in customer meetings to analyze customer needs and define the requirements for implementation Salesforce projects

• You create functional and data-based models and structured project plans from available information from other teams using agile working methods

• You always evaluate the feasibility of requirements and assess possible risks

• You work in an agile team on several projects at the same time

• You act as a link to the Solutions Practice (developers) and coordinate them in the implementation of the project plan

• You will take part in regular team and customer meetings where project status and next steps are discussed

• You support our juniors in their further development through our mentoring program

Requirements

• You have already gained at least 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce or CRM environment as a business analyst, consultant or project manager
• You are experienced in Salesforce technology, ideally Consumer Goods Cloud
• You have a strong connection to digital and analytical topics and bring a sound understanding of processes
• You have knowledge of software architecture and interface technologies in cloud environments including user acceptance testing management
• You have a customer-oriented and independent work ethic and know how to use your individual strengths in a team
