Job summary

ABB, a leading technology company, seeks a Project Lead Engineer to support customer projects from planning through commissioning, delivering modern information management and visualization solutions for industrial automation systems.

You will plan, engineer, and implement HSI and information management systems, advance cybersecurity initiatives, and collaborate with ABB teams and partners to meet quality, schedule, and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Automation/IT or equivalent.
• Experience with HSI, Information Management or Industrial IT advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS and IT infrastructures.
• Basic knowledge of networking, virtualization, and IT security.
• Willingness to travel ~30%.

Responsibilities

• Plan, engineer, and implement HSI and information management systems.
• Develop and enhance cybersecurity solutions in automation environments.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solution concepts.
• Select, specify, and integrate hardware and software; install and commission systems.
• Perform system tests and ensure overall functionality.
• Provide technical support, service, maintenance, and optimization throughout projects.
• Collaborate with national and international ABB entities and external partners.
