You’ll start your day by aligning with cross‑functional teams to ensure every element of your project is on track. From managing scope and schedules to removing roadblocks, you’ll be the driving force behind successful project execution — keeping stakeholders informed and ensuring delivery meets cost, quality, and timeline targets.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Responsibility for end‑to‑end project execution in collaboration with cross‑functional teams and external partners to achieve cost, quality, and delivery targets
- Ownership of structured project initiation, including alignment of scope, objectives, and execution plans before launch
- Accountability for the overall project plan from concept through delivery, ensuring effective cross‑functional integration
- Management of project scope, schedules, and risk registers across planning, execution, monitoring, and operational handover
- Control of budgets, resources, and key performance indicators, including proactive risk and issue management, and regular progress reporting
- Coordination and negotiation with suppliers and partners to align priorities, maintain flexibility, and enable problem‑solving and collaboration
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline
- Longstanding experience in a project‑driven manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven experience managing complex projects with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers
- Solid knowledge of cost, schedule, and quality management principles within an industrial context
- Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to adapt under pressure
- Proficiency in project management tools and the MS Office Suite; PMP certification considered an advantage; German language skills
