Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an Enterprise Subject Matter Expert for Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical to lead standards, templates, libraries, and documentation across the organization. The role focuses on automation, governance, and process improvement to elevate engineering quality and productivity.

You will guide design automation initiatives, provide training, and coordinate cross-functional teams to adopt standardized workflows and enterprise tools.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology plus 8 years related work experience.
• Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience with Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise engineering standards, workflows, and technical documentation.

• Experience administering SharePoint sites and knowledge management platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience facilitating standards committees, governance teams, and cross-functional technical workgroups.
• Experience developing enterprise training curricula, instructional materials, and technical learning programs.
• Project management and change management experience supporting enterprise technology deployments.
• Must be able to work lawfully in the United States without employment-based immigration sponsorship.

• Ability to work from remote and onsite locations and live within a reasonable commute to a designated Duke Energy facility.
• Travel requirements of 5-15%.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coordination for Engineering Technologists.
• Coordinate the enterprise SDS modernization program through implementation planning, stakeholder engagement, change management, and adoption of standardized design processes and tools.
• Govern CAD standards, drafting requirements, and design automation best practices.
• Develop and deliver technical training, implementation guides, job aids, troubleshooting resources, and user documentation.
• Maintain knowledge repositories, training libraries, SharePoint sites, and enterprise user support resources.
• Serve as the primary contact for enterprise ACADE inquiries and coordinate support across user communities.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders on engineering workflows, data integration, requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and deployment.
• Support integration between engineering design applications, asset management systems, and enterprise platforms.
• Support and enhance workflow automation and business process solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Assist with request management systems, forms, and workflow tools.
• Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology and eight (8) years of related work experience
• Alternatively, High School/GED and ten (10) years of related work experience in lieu of the associate degree and eight years
• Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience with Autodesk AutoCAD Electrical
