EPAM Systems, Inc. in Frankfurt is seeking a Project/Delivery Manager in Financial Services to drive large-scale programs across core banking transformations, payments modernization and regulatory initiatives in a hybrid work setting.

You will lead end-to-end delivery, manage budgets and risks, and maintain strong client relationships while aligning with MiFID II, DORA, PSD2/3 and Basel IV requirements. Fluent English and German are required; PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project or delivery management within financial services.
• Deep understanding of banking processes, payments and European regulatory requirements (MiFID II, DORA, PSD2/3, Basel IV).
• Proven ability to manage large transformation programs using agile, waterfall or hybrid models.
• Experience in risk management, governance and budgeting for regulated environments.
• Fluency in English and German.

In this role, you will plan, manage and deliver large-scale programs within the financial services domain across core banking transformations, payments modernization, regulatory compliance initiatives and digital banking programs.
