The role requires extensive delivery leadership, deep life sciences knowledge, and experience with cloud data platforms; you will drive KPI-based performance and mentor teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of delivery or program management experience.
• Deep knowledge of life sciences and regulatory landscape.
• Proven track record managing large, multi-stakeholder programs.
• Strong SDLC and Agile experience.
• Experience with cloud data platforms Snowflake and Databricks.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Master's degree in Life Sciences, CS or related field.
• Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills.

We're looking for a Delivery Manager - Life Sciences (m/f/d) to join our team in Frankfurt, Germany in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will lead the delivery of complex programs for clients in the life sciences sector ensuring strategic alignment, adherence to regulatory requirements and high-quality outcomes. You will drive successful project execution, foster strong client relationships and leverage innovative technologies to deliver measurable business impact.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs in the life sciences domain

Requirements

• Proven experience with cloud environments and data platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks
• Fluency in German and English
• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science or related field
• Exceptional leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
