Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in project or delivery management within financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, payments and European regulatory requirements (MiFID II, DORA, PSD2/3, Basel IV).
• Proven ability to manage large, complex transformation programs in FS using agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience in risk management, governance and budgeting for regulated environments.
• Fluency in English and German; Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology or related field.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project or delivery management with significant involvement in financial services
• Strong understanding of banking processes, payments and European regulatory requirements including MiFID II, DORA, PSD2/3 and Basel IV
• Proven ability to manage large, complex transformation programs in FS using agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery models
• Experience in risk management, governance and budgeting for regulated environments
• Familiarity with AI-driven initiatives and emerging technologies in FS contexts
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing skills
• Fluency in English and German
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology or related field

Nice to have

• Experience with core banking platforms (Temenos, Finastra) or capital markets systems (Murex, Calypso)
• Exposure to cloud migration projects in FS regulated settings (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Certifications

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe or FS credentials (FRM, CFA, CAMS)
