Job summary

Daher Industrial Services GmbH in Hamburg seeks a Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to support tenders, feasibility studies, and the coordination of aerospace projects on customer sites. The role emphasizes meeting time, cost and quality targets while interfacing with customers and internal teams.

The candidate should have 3–4 years in technical and commercial project management, fluency in English and French (German a plus), and strong leadership with a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics or comparable field.
• 3–4 years of experience in technical and commercial project management.
• Experience in the aeronautical sector is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support tenders and feasibility studies, including cost and time estimates.
• Coordinate and manage projects to meet quality, schedule and financial targets.
• Act as the interface for customers and internal teams.
• Drive project monitoring, KPIs and continuous improvement.
• Support recruiting, onboarding and development of project team members.
• Ensure team qualifications, training and availability of required resources.
• Ensure full compliance with Quality, Safety & Environment (QSE) standards.
