In Hamburg sucht unser Kunde aus dem Luftfahrtumfeld motivierte Projektmanager (m/w/d) auf Zeit, Start sofort. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören Planung, Beschaffung, Inbetriebnahme und Änderung von Prozessanlagen, Maschinen und Ausrüstung, einschließlich Reinigungsanlagen, Abwasserbehandlung, Galvaniksystemen.

Sie steuern Infrastrukturprojekte national und international, koordinieren Planer, Kundenvertreter, Lieferanten und interne Fachbereiche, wenden Standards des Projektmanagements an und

Qualifikationen

• Universitäts- oder Hochschulabschluss in Prozess-, Maschinen- oder Umwelttechnik bzw. verwandtem Fach
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der konzeptionellen Auslegung technischer Lösungen für industrielle Anlagen
• Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse des Umwelt- und Arbeitsschutzrechts (BImSchG, TA Luft, AwSV, Maschinenrichtlinie, ProdSG, BetrSichV)
• Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Analytische und konzeptionelle Denkweise
• Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement bzw. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen
• Gute allgemeine IT-Kenntnisse
• Reisebereitschaft
• Teamfähigkeit

Aufgaben

• Planung, Beschaffung, Inbetriebnahme und Änderung von Prozessanlagen, Maschinen und Ausrüstung (Reinigungssysteme, Abwasserbehandlung, Galvaniksysteme)
• Leitung von Infrastrukturprojekten, inkl. Beschaffung und Integration komplexer Anlagen national/international
• Fachübergreifende Koordination zwischen Planern, Kundenvertretern, Lieferanten und internen Abteilungen
• Anwendung von standardisierten Projektmanagementmethoden inkl. Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsüberwachung
• Analyse und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme
• Automatisierung technischer Prozesse zur Kapazitätsoptimierung
• Unterstützung und Beratung interner Kunden betreffend Anlagen und Systeme

Job Profile

Planning, procurement, commissioning, and modification of process engineering production plants, machinery, and equipment (cleaning systems, wastewater treatment plants, electroplating systems, etc.)

Management of infrastructure projects, e.g., the procurement and integration of complex, high-value machinery and systems at national and international LHT facilities

Cross-company coordination between planning engineers, client representatives, suppliers, internal support departments, etc.

Application of standard project management methods, including cost, quality, and schedule tracking

Analysis and, where applicable, further development of existing systems

Automation of technical processes to ensure optimal capacity utilization

Support and consultation for internal clients regarding equipment, machinery, and systems

Personal Requirements (Education, Knowledge, Skills)

University degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field

Extensive experience in project management and the conceptual design of technical solutions for industrial plant systems

Strong knowledge of environmental protection as well as product and operational safety regulations (BImSchG, TA Luft, AwSV, Machinery Directive/Regulation, ProdSG, BetrSichV, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Analytical and conceptual mindset and approach

Professional experience in project management and/or industrial engineering

Good general IT skills

Willingness to travel for business

Ability to work well in a team

Language Skills
