Job summary

DAHER Industrial Services seeks a skilled Technical Coordinator to oversee aircraft storage/de-storage coordination and manage diverse teams across aircraft manufacturing and maintenance projects. You will drive scheduling, quality control, and stakeholder communication at customer sites in Hamburg.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in aerospace or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical coordination of aircraft, storage/de-storage procedures.
• Experience in aircraft manufacturing, assembly, or project management; Airbus experience advantageous.
• English fluent; knowledge of German or French advantageous.
• Strong leadership and management skills; able to motivate and coordinate teams.
• Team player focused on delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Attend SHO meetings for incoming aircraft and update folio in ACPNG.
• Check conformity of work orders against reference documents and ensure quality and safety.
• Schedule and steer work orders per priority plans and lead times.
• Coordinate with preparation, manufacturing engineering, logistics and other departments for timely information and parts.
• Follow-up all open points for assigned aircraft daily and update status in GPAO, ACPNG, TANDEM, KPI SLA, OTD.
• Ensure timely closure of points to meet green customer and internal goals (EOW).
• Report progress to customers and interface with customers (via email, meetings, etc.).
• Prepare and present aircraft handover presentation.

Your tasks

• Attend Section Hand Over (SHO) meetings for incoming aircraft and update the folio in ACPNG


• Check the conformity of work orders according to generic and specific reference documents and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards


• Schedule and steer work orders in line with priority plans, aircraft access, availability, and customer lead time requirements


• Coordinate with all relevant parties (e.g. preparation, coordination, manufacturing engineering, logistics, DAHER departments) to ensure timely delivery of information, engineering solutions, parts, tools, and aircraft access


• Follow-up of all open points for the assigned aircraft daily and update the status in GPAO, ACPNG, TANDEM, KPI SLA, OTD, etc.


• Ensure timely closure of all points to meet the green targets defined by the customer and internal EOW (end of work) goals


• Report on the progress of open points to customers, customer interface, and FAL (via email, daily meetings, direct communication, etc.)


• Prepare and present the aircraft handover presentation

Yourqualification

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred)


• You have experience in the technical coordination of aircraft, particularly with regard to storage and de-storage procedures


• You have proven experience in aircraft manufacturing, assembly, or project management, and Airbus experience would be a strong advantage


• You communicate confidently in English; knowledge of another language (especially German or French) would be an advantage


• You demonstrate excellent organisational and problem-solving skills and have a dynamic, independent, and flexible mindset


• You are a team player who is focused on delivering excellent customer service


• You possess strong leadership and management skills and can motivate and coordinate teams effectively
