Job summary

DAHER Industrial Services seeks a technician or aerospace/engineering graduate to join its production support team at customer sites in Germany. You bring 2+ years of aviation industry experience, knowledge of SAP, MS Office and Google Sheets, and fluent English to coordinate work orders and solve production challenges.

You will prepare and distribute work orders, develop technical solutions, analyze remaining work, and help ensure quick access to aircraft to improve turnaround and production

Qualifications

• Technician training or aerospace/engineering studies are required.
• Minimum 2 years of aviation industry experience in the specified areas.
• Fluent English and strong problem-solving attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Technical support of production (primary and secondary structural mechanics).
• Work preparation: create and distribute work orders, develop technical solutions and implement them during production issues.
• Analyze remaining work from previous orders and participate in the creation and execution of Design Query Notes.
• Carry out repair requests and orders as instructed.
• Prepare meetings to solve difficult situations.
• Ensure access to aircraft to improve turnaround and production times.
