Zusammenfassung

STRATO personal GmbH is seeking a Program Manager (f/m/d) in direct placement to lead and control all program activities for aerospace projects. You will develop and drive the integrated program schedule, manage budgets, and ensure risk resolution with top management oversight.

Fluency in German and English is required, along with experience in avionic projects. The role supports flexible hours and partial home office within a network of leading aerospace companies.

• Develop, manage, and drive the integrated program schedule, including risk management and conflict resolution.

• Establish and maintain effective communication and reporting with all stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, authorities, and executive management.
• Monitor program progress through design reviews, supplier oversight, and executive reporting, including preparation of reports and presentations.
