Joining the JINGDONG Logistics team means contributing to reverse logistics, setting standards, and coordinating carrier partnerships to improve customer experience in a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Aufgaben

• Own functional reverse logistics program in Europe including customer return parcels and reverse shipping
• Define standards, processes and frameworks to improve customer experience in partnership with various stakeholders incl. procurement, country operations and OOH team
• Coordinate setup of new after sales carriers to monitor and drive performance (eg. on time pick-up, lead time for reverse shipping, etc.). We plan to launch minimum 3 3PL carriers in 2026.

About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
