This key strategic role has been created to oversee a major programme related to the development of a new aircraft platform. With a focus on programme success and stakeholder satisfaction, the Program Manager will be instrumental in steering project direction, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery. This is a unique opportunity to lead complex initiatives within a rapidly expanding and international aviation environment, contributing to a game-changing aerospace project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all programme activities to ensure milestones are achieved on schedule and within budget
• Develop and maintain an integrated programme schedule, tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed
• Control and monitor programme costs, preparing budgets aligned with top management directives
• Establish guidelines and priorities to resolve conflicts and manage programme risks proactively
• Design and implement effective communication and reporting frameworks for stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, suppliers, and clients
• Participate in design reviews, providing expert input and coordinating communication
• Support procurement activities by monitoring supplier progress and providing feedback
• Prepare comprehensive reports and executive summaries on programme status for senior leadership
• Foster collaboration among diverse teams and stakeholders, promoting transparency and effective information flow
• Degree in Aerospace Engineering or a comparable field
• 10 years of experience in aerospace projects, with a focus on aircraft systems por platform developmet and/or delivery
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale programmes successfully
