Greenjets is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive delivery of high-profile projects and lead new product development. You will manage cross-functional teams, maintain rigorous schedules, and proactively mitigate risks while communicating status to stakeholders.

Expect to lead complex programs, coordinate engineering and procurement, and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements. German and English fluency is required, with experience in aerospace or autonomous systems a plus.

About The Job

As a Senior Project Manager at Greenjets, you will be the driving force behind the delivery of high‑profile projects and the development of new and exciting Greenjets products. You will have exceptional people management skills and a full kit bag of effective project management tools and control methods. You will employ established project management principles, building rigour into delivery schedules and proactively managing risk.

You will have strong leadership skills and an inquisitive nature to build trust and understanding across multifunctional teams. You will be comfortable with uncertainty and be an excellent communicator in all directions, keeping stakeholders both inside and outside the organization regularly briefed on project status, progress and plans.

What You'll Do
