Vectoflow is seeking an experienced Program Manager in Aerospace Engineering to lead development and delivery of aerodynamic measurement solutions. This pivotal role encompasses managing cross-functional aerospace programs to ensure compliance with customer and technical requirements.

What do Formula 1 racing cars, aircraft engines, drones and wind turbines have in common? In all these applications and many more, the aerodynamics are optimized and controlled by products from Vectoflow. From an individual probe to a complete system: using 3D printing and smart software solutions, we develop individual flow measurement technology.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager in Aerospace Engineering to lead the development and delivery of advanced aerodynamic measurement and sensing solutions in a high-paced, innovation-driven environment.

The role is responsible for managing cross-functional aerospace programs involving mechanical, electronic, software, testing, quality and production activities. The Program Manager ensures activities related to compliance with customer requirements, technical requirements, regulatory expectations, project timing, cost, quality and documentation deliverables are properly planned, controlled and executed.

The position is especially relevant for hardware-focused aerospace products, measurement systems, air data systems and sensing solutions developed in regulated environments such as EN9100 and EASA Part 21G.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace development and NPI projects from concept to delivery
• Manage project scope, timing, cost, risks and deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams including engineering, quality, production and supply chain
• Act as the main interface for customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure structured project documentation, requirement tracking and reporting
• Support qualification and compliance activities related to aerospace standards
• Coordinate production readiness, FAI and handover to production
• Support configuration, change and lifecycle management of products
• Drive risk management and follow-up of open actions
• Support continuous improvement of project and development processes

Your Profile

• Degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or similar engineering field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace, measurement technology, sensor technology or regulated engineering environments
• Experience in project or program management of technical development projects
• Good understanding of hardware development, prototyping, testing and qualification
• Experience with EN9100, EASA Part 21G or similar regulated environments is an advantage
• Knowledge of DO-160, DO-178, DO-254 or similar aerospace standards is a plus
• Experience with PLM, configuration management or engineering change management is an advantage
• Knowledge of APQP / PPAP or NPI gate processes is a plus
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management skills
• Eligibility to work on export-controlled, security-sensitive or defence-related aerospace projects is required. This may include nationality or security clearance requirements depending on customer and project scope.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus
