SoftServe in Germany seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead multi-stream, cross-functional digital transformation programs for global clients. You will align delivery with business goals, manage stakeholders at executive levels, and drive high customer satisfaction within a German team.

In this role you will mentor project managers, support pre-sales activities, and ensure effective governance across locations and time zones, while advancing SoftServe’s growth in the German market.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of program or project management experience in IT or digital services.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale, complex programs in a global environment.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and competing priorities.
• Strong client-facing experience focused on delivery excellence.
• Fluent German (mandatory) and strong English proficiency.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
