Zusammenfassung

Enbi is seeking a motivated Production Shift Leader (m/f/d) for our Leverkusen, Germany facility. You will lead and coordinate production staff on the shift, assign workstation tasks, and monitor processes to uphold quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, process improvement, and documentation of shift activity. A technical vocational background and German B2 level are expected for successful performance.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical vocational training in an industrial profession (min 3 years).
• Technician or Master Craftsman qualifications are an advantage.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

To support our manufacturing operations at our Leverkusen, Germany facility, we are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Shift Leader (m/f/d).

About The Role

As Production Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating production staff during your shift
• Assigning employees to workstations according to operational requirements
• Monitoring production processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards and procedures
• Promoting and enforcing health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Ensuring the availability and efficient use of production materials
• Preparing accurate shift reports and production documentationSupporting machine setup and changeover activities
• Training, coaching, and onboarding new employees, apprentices, and interns
• Supporting and documenting first production runs and process validations
• Driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive team environment

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training in an industrial profession (minimum 3 years)
• Additional qualifications such as Technician or Master Craftsman are an advantage
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Willingness to work in a rotating shift system (early, late, and night shifts
• German language skills at least at B2 level
