Job summary

Lear Corporation’s Bremen facility is seeking a highly motivated Production Manager to lead all production and assembly areas for premium automotive seating systems. You will ensure targets for delivery, quality, cost, and productivity while driving safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, has 5+ years in production leadership within automotive, and is fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in a production leadership role, preferably in automotive.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and Industry 4.0.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Fluent in German and English.

Production Manager

Our Bremen facility, with approximately 1,000 employees, supplies complete seats and seat systems to premium automotive manufacturers on a just-in-sequence basis. To support our continued success, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for all production and assembly areas.
