Job summary

Industrieservice GmbH in Germany seeks an experienced logistics team lead to drive on-site performance. You will manage a team, coordinate closely with logistics leadership, and ensure that all processes run efficiently, reliably, and on time at the customer site.

You will oversee structured shift handoffs, clearly communicate open issues and disruptions, and act as a role model and main point of contact for your team.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in warehouse or production logistics.
• Supervising employees, setting priorities, and assigning tasks with prior foreman or team lead experience considered a plus.
• Good German language skills for clear work instructions and handoffs.
• Comfort with digital tools; MS Office knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to work early and late shifts; solution-oriented and team-focused.

What you should bring

• Practical experience in warehouse or production logistics, such as in receiving, order picking, staging, or shipping.
• Training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification is a plus, but not required if you have relevant professional experience.
• You should be able to supervise employees, set priorities, and assign tasks clearly; initial experience as a foreman, team leader, or in a comparable role is a plus.
• Good German language skills to ensure that work instructions, shift handoffs, and coordination run smoothly.
• You are comfortable working with digital tools; knowledge of MS Office is a plus.
• Willingness to work early and late shifts, as well as a reliable, solution-oriented, and team-focused approach to work.
