Teijincarbon is seeking a Production Worker for a fully continuous 3-shift operation in our carbon fiber production line. You will perform essential tasks, thread distribution threads, and document thread breaks to support quality assurance. Maintain clean work areas and assist teammates across the line.

A 37.5-hour workweek with 30 days of vacation is offered, along with fair compensation per the chemical industry collective bargaining agreement, annual bonus, and exclusive benefits.

Your future field of activity

• You will perform production-related tasks in your assigned section of the production lines, thereby contributing to the smooth operation of the manufacturing process.
• You will thread distribution threads and replace broken threads, thereby ensuring continuous production.
• You will carefully document thread breaks and damage, thereby supporting quality assurance and process monitoring.
• You will maintain order and cleanliness in your work area and assist your colleagues along the entire production line during special incidents, such as thread breaks.
• You will perform sample draws and carry out tasks that arise during cleaning downtime along the entire production line.
