We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our products. In this position, you will engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather, understand, and refine requirements, ensuring that mission needs are clearly captured and translated into actionable outcomes. You will be responsible for creating concise and well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria that guide development efforts and keep projects on track.
Collaboration is at the heart of this role. You will communicate technical requirements effectively with engineering and technical teams, bridging the gap between mission objectives and technical execution. You will also maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that initiatives remain aligned with strategic goals and deliver maximum value.
As an active participant in SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, you will help foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs to support informed decision‑making, enabling the team to navigate challenges and deliver high-quality solutions.

Salary range: $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The projected compensation range for this position is a component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package. The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
