NewGMedia Recruitment Agency is seeking a Product Lead to steer a B2B online gaming and betting platform. You will own strategy, roadmap, and prioritization, aligning stakeholders and guiding cross‑functional teams with data‑driven decisions.

The role requires experience at senior product levels and strong prioritization skills, with collaboration across ML and data teams to optimize platform flows and solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in the online gaming or betting industry.
• At least four years of product development experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience operating at Product Lead, Head, VP, Director, or Chief level.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle, roadmap management, sprint planning, and prioritization.
• User‑focused, analytical, and inquisitive approach to product decisions.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian; English capability for the broader work environment.

Role overview
